"Received wine fridges a few weeks ago and they are excellent. I must thank Matthew and the Grand Cru Team for their assistance in delivering them, organising door reversal and removal of old wine fridge. I highly recommend this Grand Cru product and the services they offered."
"it was delivered impressively on time and with two guys who tried hard to manage its size and installed with no bumps. Matthew made it happen for me. I spent many happy hours initially installing my bottles (transferring them from boxes to their final resting place), a joy to see them and to appreciate how many I actually had!"
"This is my first proper wine storage unit and it feels like a big step up. The fridge holds a lot without feeling cluttered, and the shelves make accessing bottles easy. Love the clean, modern look. Setup was straightforward, though the unit is heavy, so definitely a two‑person job. Would be five stars if there was slightly more flexibility for mixed bottle shapes."
"Have had this wine fridge running for over a year now and it’s been faultless. No temperature fluctuations, no vibration issues, and humidity stays exactly where it should. The UV glass door is a nice touch and the LED lighting makes it easy to see what’s inside without being harsh. It looks classy but still understated. Very happy with the build quality and performance."
"We upgraded to the Grand Cru 183 from a smaller dual zone and haven’t looked back. The single zone works perfectly for our collection, which is mostly reds. Temperature stays consistent and the compressor is impressively quiet. The only thing to be aware of is that champagne and bulky bottles take up a bit more room, but that’s to be expected. Overall, a great investment for anyone with a growing collection."
"This fridge is exactly what I was after for long‑term storage. The single zone keeps everything at a rock‑steady temperature, which gives real peace of mind for ageing wines properly. The capacity is excellent — it’s surprising how quickly 183 bottles fills up. Shelves glide smoothly and feel very solid. It’s also quieter than expected for a unit this size. A premium fridge that does the job exceptionally well."
"This is a proper wine fridge. I’ve been collecting for years and needed something that could hold a large cellar at a consistent temp, and the Grand Cru has delivered. The shelves glide smoothly even when fully loaded, and the single zone is perfect for ageing reds long term. Temperature has been rock solid and the unit runs quietly with no noticeable vibration. It looks the part too — clean lines and classy lighting. Couldn’t ask for more from a fridge this size."
"We added this fridge as part of a renovation and it’s quickly become one of my favourite features. It stores everything in one zone, which suits us perfectly since most of our collection is reds. The compressor is impressively quiet and the fridge looks very sleek in the space — modern without being over the top. Wines feel well protected, even during hotter days. Would love an option for slightly warmer LED lighting, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, very happy with it."
"Performance-wise, this fridge is very solid. Cooling and humidity control are consistent, which is exactly what you want when ageing wine. The cabinet feels well built and the shelves are strong enough for heavier bottles. The control panel works fine, though it takes a moment to dial in if you’re new to wine fridges. I’d also like a bit more flexibility in shelf spacing for odd-shaped bottles. Still, it’s a reliable and well-designed unit that gives confidence your wines are being stored properly."
"We underestimated just how much this fridge could fit — it’s huge in the best way. Perfect if you like buying by the case or storing wines for special occasions. The LED lighting makes it easy to see what’s what, and the glass door adds a nice premium touch to our home bar. It’s been very quiet and keeps everything at a steady temp. Only thing I’d flag is that it’s quite heavy, so make sure you’ve got help for installation. Other than that, love it."
