This promotion (‘Promotion’) is offered by Home Icon International Pty Ltd trading as Grand Cru Wine Fridges (‘Grand Cru’).
The Promotion is available on all Grand Cru branded wine and beverage fridges purchased on grandcruwinefridges.com.au (‘the Website’) during the Promotional Period.
The Promotional Period commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 16 September 2026 (‘Promotional Period’).
The Promotion is available to residents of Australia only. It excludes trade and commercial orders.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or voucher code unless otherwise stated by Grand Cru in writing.
Orders must be paid in full during the Promotional Period to qualify. Delivery may be scheduled by the customer at a mutually convenient time after purchase.
Grand Cru reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this Promotion at any time without notice.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Complimentary Australia-wide delivery is included on all qualifying Grand Cru branded wine and beverage fridge purchases made on the Website during the Promotional Period.
Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required.
Free delivery is available to all addresses serviced by Grand Cru’s logistics partner within Australia. Delivery to locations outside standard service areas may not be available. Contact Grand Cru prior to purchase to confirm delivery availability to your address.
Delivery may be scheduled by the customer at a time convenient to both the customer and Grand Cru’s logistics partner. Grand Cru does not guarantee delivery within the Promotional Period where a customer has requested a delivery date after 16 September 2026.

Complimentary platinum installation is included on all qualifying purchases of Grand Cru GC166 series models and above in price, made on the Website during the Promotional Period.
Platinum installation includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, positioning, and removal of all packing materials. It does not include plug-in activation or levelling.
Platinum installation is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying models. No promo code is required.
Platinum installation is subject to safe and reasonable access to the installation location. Grand Cru’s logistics partner reserves the right to decline installation where access is unsafe or unreasonable.
Free platinum installation is not available on Grand Cru models below the GC166 series price point. Standard delivery applies to these models.

Customers who purchase a qualifying Grand Cru branded fridge during the Promotional Period may opt in to complimentary collection and environmentally responsible disposal of their existing wine or beverage fridge (‘Old Fridge Removal’).
Old Fridge Removal can be selected during the checkout process on the Website.
Old Fridge Removal applies to wine or beverage fridges only. It does not apply to standard kitchen refrigerators, freezers, or other appliance types.
Old Fridge Removal is available Australia-wide, subject to access and scheduling availability as determined by Grand Cru’s logistics partner.
Old Fridge Removal is arranged separately from delivery of the new Grand Cru fridge. Collection will not take place on the same visit as delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The old fridge must be accessible for collection at the customer’s nominated address. Grand Cru’s logistics partner reserves the right to decline collection where the item is inaccessible, unsafe, or contains hazardous materials.
Grand Cru will arrange for the collected fridge to be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with applicable Australian regulations. A certificate of disposal is available upon request.
Old Fridge Removal is subject to logistics partner capacity and scheduling. Grand Cru accepts no liability for any property damage that may occur during collection beyond what is covered by the logistics partner’s standard terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
By purchasing a qualifying Grand Cru fridge during the Promotional Period, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
Grand Cru’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, Grand Cru excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion.
